Privacy policy

This policy explains which data we process when you visit this site or contact us, and what your rights are. It is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). This is a translation: in case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

Data we process

Forms (contact, calculators). When you write to us or request a quote, we process the data you enter: name or company name, email, phone, answers to the calculator questions, message. We use them solely to answer your request and prepare a quote. They pass through our hosting provider and are kept for as long as needed to handle your request. If you then engage us, they are kept for the period required by our legal obligations (ten years for accounting records).

Server logs. Our host records site accesses (shortened IP address, date, page viewed, browser) to keep the service secure and running.

Measurement and advertising. We use Google Ads to find out which adverts bring visitors to us. Google cookies are set for this purpose. The banner shown on your first visit lets you decline them: your choice is stored in your browser and the site works in exactly the same way. You can change your mind at any time through the "Cookies" link at the bottom of every page. We do not use this data to identify you personally and we do not combine it with the information you send us through the forms.

Map. The map on the Contact page is an illustration hosted on this site: no Google content is loaded. The "Open in Google Maps" link takes you to Google's site, where their own rules apply.

Fonts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; Google receives your IP address in the process.

Hosting

The site and its forms are hosted by Wix.com Ltd, whose servers may be located outside Switzerland (European Union, United States), under the usual contractual safeguards. Wix.com Ltd also manages the domain name.

Disclosure to third parties

We neither sell nor rent your data. It is passed on only to the technical providers needed to run the site (hosting, forms, online measurement and advertising) and, where you have engaged us, to the authorities and partners concerned (tax administration, social insurance, banks) on your instructions.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and a copy of your data in a common format. Write to us at info@ag-fiduciaire.ch. If we cannot agree, you may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
